CVS Caremark Horrible Service - Prescription Mail Order Service

I have been trying to get my medications for a month. After I received a letter 2 weeks after I first placed my order, I was told there was a high deductible and a computer placed a call to my cell phone, that I never received. After a very heated discussion with someone at CVS, they assured me my order was being placed that day. 2 more weeks and ANOTHER letter saying there was a problem because there was a high deductible. Again I was told that a computer called my phone, and this was never done. I was assured my order would be shipped overnight and I would have it in 2 days. That was 2 days ago and I called again; I was AGAIN told that I had to confirm the high deductible in response to an automated telephone call that I AGAIN never received. I was told today that the order was released and I can't call back to confirm this until tomorrow. I gave them a new phone number though my cell phone never leaves my side; I've never received a voice mail from them, and I have no missed calls from anyone I don't know. One of my pills is for high blood pressure, and I'm sure mine is through the roof! It would appear that my only option at this point is to make sure I remember to call the next day to confirm the high deductible amount is OK with me...I've already had to have one RX transferred to a local pharmacy to be filled because I was out. This is my very first time trying to place an order with them a my new employer uses them. I HATE THEM beyond words already, and I'm going to be stuck with them.

I can't agree more with the folks who are complaining. CVS mail order used to be seamless. After 1/2013 , it's been a disaster. No one knows or does anything right. I've taken most of my needed meds to a more expensive but competent pharmacy. CVS customer service, and I use the term loosely, gives me a password, after an hour of waiting on the phone, and then tells me online, that it's not a valid password. I have HBP, and CVS is definitely making it worse.
