CVS Caremark won't process my claim


I have been trying since June of 2016 to get this unbelievably inefficient company to process my secondary claim for reimbursement for my meds. First two claims they had no record of even though I sent it certified with a return receipt and someone signed for it. I have since submitted the claim at least 3 more times ,spoke to countless supervisors and still 9 months later I am waiting for them to properly process my claim. I almost feel like they are doing it on purpose for some sort of sadistic purpose or to see how long they can get away with treating customers so poorly. I have this insurance through the NYC Fire department and honestly I don't understand how the FD puts up with this as I am sure I am not the only one to suffer through the total incompetence and lack of respect for customer satisfaction.
