Poorest Customer Service


It's a disaster speaking to Customer Service, they are too incompetent and can't even handle the basics. Those lady agents over the phone that my uncle spoke to about his mail order prescriptions don't know how to answer properly. Some of them are rude and it sounds like they hate their job so much! They shouldn't be there in the first place, so much inconvenience they put us through
