The worst CVS ever complaint

I have been a loyal CVS customer for a while, but there is a specific store that I will NEVER go back to again....

Store # 5400, cashier # 0984146

CVS just started this new "Beauty Club Shopping Pass" discount card to the audition of the CVS discount card, well Instead of signing up at the store I signed up online, and on the coupon in says:

Print this coupon to use at any CVS/pharmacy store.
GET 10% OFF your entire beauty purchase with your ExtraCare®
card.* Excludes sale items. Offer valid now through 1/18/11.

Barcode: #############
Cashier please scan barcode
or enter coupon code: ###########
Valid through: 1/18/11
Scan the barcode. If unable to scan, select "Sales" tab, then select "Item #".
Key in all coupon digits and press "Enter".

I don't have printer at home, so I thought I can just write down the bar code # and give it to the cashier at the checkout. Well first of all, those 2 employees didn't even know anything about this kind of deal going on, what kind of beauty club card, and what do we do with it type of thing, so the girl tried to put it in and it didn't work, then a guy tried, and he couldn't either, the he called a night manager or whoever he is, his name was Raymond, he didn't even know anything about that, he asked " Oh, that's new or something"....I mean seriously??!! Your customers know about deals and promotions better than you do?? And they didn't even have any coupons on site or anything, when I asked them what if I wouldn't sign up online, but here how would you give me the discount?? They just said they wouldn't, that I would have to come back in the morning when manager is there so she can figure it out, and I mean 10% off is not that big of a deal for me to go back there in the morning for that, but the whole store had 50%, 75% discounts, and if I would've used this coupon, it would sure made a big difference to me, and Raymond was sooo RUDE, he said that I didn't have to get mad about it, and that they could hold my items untill the manager comes in and gives me the discount....WHAT??!! I don't think so!, I mean just to get it over with, they could have just scanned some other coupon or something, and is not the first time when I go to this store when they would advertise something and then the coupon wouldn't work, or they wouldn't know how to use it, and I had to walk away with nothing. I tell you one thing, and one thing only, I am never ever going back to this store, and I am going to consider switching to Walgreen's, at least they were never rude, and they knew what they were doing.

Stop asking cashiers to commit coupon fraud on your behalf. They could lose their job.
