Pharmacy manager Vicki filled a script for me named Avelox 01/02/09. After taking this medication, i then got sore throat and this was not my first time taking this medication. After taking 6 Avelox tablets, my MD asked that i discontinue that bottle ASAP. Upon returning explaining to Vicki what happened,Vicki the Pharmacy manager, said, "she couldn't do a thing about the medication not working". I asked could the medication have been shelfed to long, that's when Vicki got very defensive about the situation.Vicki looked in the system and said your insurance company paid the claim and there's nothing she could do about this matter.

I then spoke with the Store Manager Todd Horton who look at me with disrespect, when I asked him how to handle this matter. Todd answered, there's nothing he could do since Vickie was the Pharmacy manager and was very short with me. Also, i asked Mr.Horton for the store#, he paused and said in a very arrogant tone, that the store number is on your receipt but reluctantly wrote the information down. I'm extremely disappointed because that drug cost me through my insurance company about four hundred bucks. At this point, i wont be filling anymore scripts at this pharmacy due to the discuss and Poor Managerial Customer service i received from the store manager Todd Horton and Vicki the pharmacy manager. Sad to say, both are managers.
