CVS Caremark Service is Horrendous!
After great prescription service from Express Scripts, my new insurance required that I use CVS Caremark . The experience has been an absolute nightmare. Even what should be the simplest task like ordering a refill is a huge pain. After ordering and providing all information, I discovered my order was on hold until I called customer service to confirm the order. I called and had to provide all my information again. Unfortunately, this was one of my better experiences with CVS Caremark.
