CVS Pharmacy store 10055 employee being treated unfairly


My name is Mickael Johnson and i currently work at the CVS Pharmacy on Richmond Rd. and i want to file a complaint on my store manager. I have been working at CVS for a year now and I come in on time i'm never late and I always come in when my store manager needs me which by the way her name is Tammie Echos sorry i failed to say that before I started .But let me just say i feel really disrespected and I feel like she doesn't like me at all when I first started here I was very pleased with my hours and how everything was going, but for the past couple months she has been only been giving me one day out of two weeks which when I first started she offered me 15 to 20 hours weekly,with that being said with me needing the job I instantly said yes.For these last couple months she has deliberately cut my hours tremendously. She first started off by first changing the schedule without any notice what so ever and was letting other people know if i didn't come in she was going to terminate my employment and she did not mention this to me not once.I am very confused and depressed because I still have my personal business to take care of and the whole sudden change really took me out of my element and took me by surprise and still today 9/29/2014 she still hasn't given me reason for the hours that has been taken away from me so I am asking for help with this situation in a professional manor because I really like working for cvs pharmacy I just don't like the unfair treatment that is going on.
